At Hometown Hobbies, we take great care in selecting, inspecting, and packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely and in the condition expected by our customers.

Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the collectible and tamper-sensitive nature of trading cards, all sales of trading cards, booster packs, booster boxes, graded cards, mystery products, clearance items, and other collectible products are final.

We do not accept returns based on pull rates, card condition inside factory-sealed products, manufacturer packaging variations, market-price changes, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the contents of a sealed product.

If you receive an incorrect item, a materially damaged item, or an order with missing products, you must contact Hometown Hobbies LLC within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number, photographs of the shipping package, shipping label, packing materials, and the product as received.

Products must not be opened, unsealed, altered, used, or removed from their original packaging. Opening or removing factory shrink wrap, seals, or protective packaging makes the product ineligible for return.

Do not send an item back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund. Returned products will be inspected before any refund or replacement is issued.

When a discretionary return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping service. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. An approved return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

If Hometown Hobbies LLC made an error or the item was materially damaged in transit, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Hometown Hobbies LLC reserves the right to deny claims involving opened, altered, substituted, incomplete, or fraudulently returned merchandise.

Customers should contact us before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
