Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

International Shipping
